So what's your dream?
The elders, ministers and strategic leadership team have spent and continue to spend a lot of time dreaming about how we believe God wants to use Greenville Oaks to achieve our mission of seeking all who need Jesus and together becoming his fully devoted followers. We’ve prayed, brainstormed, and written, reviewed and rewritten many vision statements and then prayed some more.
In Luke 12:48, Jesus said, “From everyone who has been given much, much will be demanded; and from the one who has been entrusted with much, much more will be asked.” God has richly blessed Greenville Oaks and He surely has high expectations for every one of us, individually and as a collective church body.
We truly believe God wants to build Greenville Oaks into a powerful yet humble group of Christ followers who will accomplish unbelievably amazing things for His Kingdom. But how do we capture a vision of what that looks like? What are we really willing to do to make it happen?
We plan to roll out a very clear and challenging vision in the fall, but first, here’s your chance to contribute, to share your dreams.
Where do you see God leading us in the next five to 10 years?
What do you think our community needs? What could we do that no one else is doing?
What unique resources and capabilities do we have to offer?
What specific focus energizes and excites you?
What would bring the greatest glory to God?
So what’s your dream? What’s your vision for how God will use Greenville Oaks? Please pray about it, think about and share your vision by commenting right here.
